SERVICE RATES

These hourly service rates apply to standard emergencies, troubleshooting, & repair jobs. Exclusive service contracts are available.

* We offer a 10% discount to honor seniors and military personnel*

Normal Business Hours
Mon-Friday – 7AM-5PM

First 1½ hours = $170 flat rate (time begins when dispatched)
Every 1 hour there after = $90/hr (rounded up to ½ hour increments)
Plus any material expenses

After Hours
Mon-Friday 5PM-7AM, Saturday & Sunday

First 1½ hours = $240 flat rate (time begins when dispatched, rates are applied round trip.)
Every 1 hour there after = $135/hr (rounded up to ½ hour increments)
Plus any material expenses

Holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)

First 1½ hours = $330 flat rate (time begins when dispatched, rates are applied round trip.)
Every 1 hour there after = $180/hr (rounded up to ½ hour increments)
Plus any material expenses
