* These hourly service rates apply to standard service, emergencies, and troubleshooting & repair jobs for Residential Services only.

* We offer a 10% discount to honor Seniors, Military Personnel, and Civil Servants

* Please contact a service representative for Industrial Services & Commercial Services rates. Exclusive service contracts are available.

Normal Business Hours
Mon-Friday – 7AM-5PM

First 1½ hours = $170 flat rate (time begins when dispatched)
Every 1 hour there after = $115/hr (rounded up to ½ hour increments)
Plus any material expenses

After Hours
Mon-Friday 5PM-7AM, Saturday & Sunday

First 1½ hours = $240 flat rate (time begins when dispatched, rates are applied round trip.)
Every 1 hour there after = $173/hr (rounded up to ½ hour increments)
Plus any material expenses

Holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)

First 1½ hours = $330 flat rate (time begins when dispatched, rates are applied round trip.)
Every 1 hour there after = $230/hr (rounded up to ½ hour increments)
Plus any material expenses
